Why were you banned?
i honestly do not know why i was banned. i was talking to rob ab past situations I've had with him and letting him know that i clearly do not like him. he then feels the need to ban me for whatever reason and puts the reason as "dumbass". i honestly do not know why i am banned for this long or even at all. my past bans have been pretty familiar as well so i am just wondering why am i being banned like this?

Why should we unban you?
i should be un banned because i feel like i was wrongly banned. if i were too actually break the rules i would agree that i should be banned but i honestly did nothing wrong this time, this is just purely out of rage from rob. if i were to be un banned i would go back to talking to people i enjoy talking with and avoid those who i don't. i am not one to use slurs or say derogatory things if i were to get un banned that would stay the same. thank you.

you were banned previously for asking the server if "anyone hates n***ers"

you were also previously banned twiced by another admin with whom you seem to have developed a personal vendetta against for no apparent reason

just because you teeter on the edges of the rules doesn't mean you won't get punished. neither does shoving your mic down your throat despite your countless warnings.

the reason why i banned you today is a mix of my own previous encounters with you as well as encounters with other admins. you have been relentlessly harassing not just me and not other admins but other people of the server as well. you had a yelling match with someone the other day about joe rogans podcast. (where you shoved your mic down your throat countless times because again, you felt like you were losing your argument)

you can think you were banned because i don't like you, but as i've said before - multiple times - you were punished because you broke the rules. I guided you to the rules on the forums, gave you warnings, thought we were chill but you just have this deep hatred inside of you that doesn't belong on ig

first of all, i never asked the server that question that is ridiculous. what i actually said was "i hate Naggers". i agree that is sorta teetering on the edge of being ban worthy but at the same time i said it once and moved on.

the personal vendetta thing your talking about i have n idea about, i do not know bob nor have i even talked to him before.

my previous encounters with you have been the same through out my time in this server, i let you know i don't like you and you get mad ab it and mute or ban me. i also do not remember harassing other admins or other people on the server. i really don't know where that came from.

the eating my microphone thing i can understand bc no one wants to listen to that i get that. and i can see how a day ban or week ban for that and the rest of the bans is reasonable but in my opinion i don't think i deserve 20 months.

i do not have a deep hatred inside of me the fact that i do not like you and other admins on the server should not warrant you to be banning me.

also i would like for someone other then rob to look at my appeal because this feels rigged. thanks!

ok i remember saying that in the chat, but i don't use the hard r nor do i say the hard f slur or any other slur. also many people in that server say that word freely in the mic so that's why i felt like i was okay to use it in the chat. once again i used those words for laughs because i feel like thats what everyone else is doing who is using that word freely. if i am to be the ginney pig for that then im okay with it but can my ban be dropped down to a week or a month? i feel like 2 years is like a lot for something so little. also that was said while an admin was on the server so idk why its being brought up now.

I personally have looked into this and have found that this ban will be reduced!

1) Speaking amongst staff members you have been nothing but a nuisance towards people, despite the fact you claim you've never used the hard R or F slur you were banned for saying those exact words towards a black person and multiple people can recall this happening.


2) You are known to harass staff members and normal members of our community have been banned for doing so in the past twice now.

3) "Does everyone here hate naggers?" - I feel like enough is said with this about your maturity level. oh and and this ↓↓↓

You wanna push the rules and boundaries of the community this is where it gets you.

I'll finish this off with one positive note, it will be reduced to 1 year. You can re-appeal this in 3 months time.
