I have been on this server for a little over 6 months. I've heard a lot of good conversations along with a lot of negative conversations. I try my best to assist new surfers. And my main goal as a mod would be to prioritize keeping everyone straight. And that doesn't mean being intolerable with ban after ban. I understand the boundaries for when it comes time to take action, whether it be as little as consistent mic spamming or something larger, such as blatant harassment/racism/doxing, etc. And in contrast, knowing when to let certain conversations slide and just give a warning. I enjoy hearing everyone conversing, and my main priority is to just keep those conversations flowing as best as possible, with as few disruptions. Regardless, I thank you for allowing me to apply as a mod.

I appreciate the time you took to fill out an application but just due to the neutral standing of majority of the Admins at this current time i do not feel confident in promoting you. Definitely apply at a later date when the team has gotten to know you a bit more so they can be sure to support you when that time comes around!
