Why were you banned?
I have been banned three times. Twice from me getting to drunk and admins, my friends, were looking out for me and made me go to bed to sleep it off. The other time I decided I was not doing well mentally and thought that a break would be done so requested a ban for a while.

What qualifies you to be an admin at Insanity Gaming?
I think there are a few reasons why I would be a good fit for admin, mainly that I am often on the server during popular hours yet at times when no admin is on. I also would like to say that while I may not be people's favorite person, I have always followed the rules. I am quite aware that, in all honesty, I am not the perfect admin, but I firmly believe in giving it a shot. I also have, I would say, pretty strong relationships with most of the admins and community leaders, so I would not be a new face, per se.

I do also have prior admin experience on an old GMOD community as an admin, and I am also capable of front-end and back-end work on websites. I am excited to see the replies to this, and I'll graciously accept all feedback.

I've known Sherbert for years and never before have I met a man so committed to the concepts of honor, truth, and justice. I have a distinct memory, October 2014 - Sherbert was faced with a tough decision at work. One of the plants under his purview, as regional manager, was not doing well. Profits were down, production had stalled, and morale was at an all time low. Sherbert faced immense pressure from upper management to completely shut down the plant. Wash his hands of it, close up shop, and move production to Mexico.

I've never seen a man so impassioned for those who work under him. Sherbert fought tooth and nail to save that plant; There were people there that he KNEW. People he had GROWN UP WITH. Despite working primarily out of a top floor executive office, Sherbert still maintained his connection with the average plant worker. This god damned SAINT ended up taking a MASSIVE pay cut in order to keep that plant open. Hundreds of people still have jobs, myself included, thanks to this man. We love you Sherbert, and sincerely hope that you get admin as a result of this application.

I think this guy would be a great addition as an admin for the server! He knows how to electrify the voice chat, converse with fellow surfers, and follow the rules! I also think that since he is a respectable computer programmer and a future PhD student in CS, he should also be given access to IG's API so that he can fool around with it! He is clearly passionate about this server and always gets his daily dose of human interaction with IG.

I'm going to keep this relatively short but there is a lot that could be said on Sherbert's application. I think Sherbert would make a decent admin. I think they'd enforce rules appropriately. There might be some argumentative moments as we've observed in surf, but I don't think they'd overstep boundaries. My choice to be neutral on their application isn't in regards to this though. Given their status of being a known figure in the server, there is a lot of berating and amimosity towards Sherbert from other members in the community. I imagine there would be more of this kind of behavior if Sherbert were made admin.

-Rep I don't believe Sherbert would be able to handle the rigors of admin. He's also almost always one when other admins are on as he is usually on during our peak times so would not add any coverage there.

Overall great member of the community but I do not under any circumstances think him being admin will go well.
