I think I’m qualified to be admin because I’m active on the server, I know the rules, and I’m already pretty involved in the community. I’m not the type to cause issues and I try to help everyone out when its needed usually i just try to keep things chill and fair for everyone.
Outside of the server I’ve had a lot of leadership experience. I’ve owned 3 Discords with 50k+ members, ran my own business with 10 employees, and also managed crews on large job sites. So I’m used to dealing with people, handling problems, and staying responsible in high-pressure situations.
Overall I think I’d be a solid admin because I already know the community and I’ve got real experience managing people and situations, not just in games but outside of them too.
