Why should we unban you?
Because I was simply not movement recording. There is 0 proof, just allegations from low ranked random surfers in a server when I took a record that amount to nothing. I was banned due to my account being "under investigation" which is directly what I was told from the admins. Banning someone pre-emptively and not working to immediately resolve the issue is a complete joke of a system. The ban has no solid ground to hold on and should be removed. Would love to see some proof in the future before a ban is issued otherwise I'd expect the same to occur to anyone else that I wish to randomly claim is cheating with no evidence required on my part.

We are working on investigating this ban and allegation of MMR since it wasn't just low ranked players who were reporting you. The preemptive ban in this case is completely valid due to potential harm caused by more records being taken due to MMR.

Would love to see some proof in the future before a ban is issued otherwise I'd expect the same to occur to anyone else that I wish to randomly claim is cheating with no evidence required on my part.

While I appreciate the response, its clear the ban is based off of 0 evidence and rather a pre-emptive ban for an allegation that has no weight behind it. I'm more concered with those types of bans being handed out in the future as it can simply happen to anyone whos somewhat capable at the game. The non low rank person who flagged my account was twinkpaws I'm sure and they would be able to rescind that statement I'm sure due to their new knowledge of the situation. As for the account itself, that really doesnt matter as alts are not against the rules from what I'm aware of, I've seen admins playing on alternate accounts and still setting times.
