I recently had my steam account hacked and I changed my password and email etc but when i try to login it keeps saying this. I waited 8 hours to try again, and it still says this, not sure if anyone knows how to fix this or not
(Also they are out of my account and no longer have access so has nothing to do with the hacker.)

Are you logged into steamguard on your phone? If so contact steam support

I would ultimately suggest contacting steam support rather than these forums - the response time is usually swift.
