ms_rs things

- When issuing the ms_rs command inside of a start zone, it should behave the same way as doing ms_r in the start zone (saved start position taking priority if they have one)

- When issuing the ms_rs command on the first stage of a stage map, it does not teleport the player back to the start zone (should prioritize the saved start position as well...)
-> It functions like this on linear maps and on any other stage that isn't stage 1.

hi we are aware of this bug, thank you for reporting it regardless though. it will eventually be fixed we are just working on some other cool features atm
