Why do you want to be an admin?
I would like to introduce myself first I am a 21 year old that is living in Florida. I have multiple skills that I can bring to the community through dedication and hard worker and I am also a good guider you can say to help the newer people of the csgo community that are interested in surfing and helping them beat some of the maps and not only that also teaching them the basics of surfing so that they can progress into becoming better surfer.

I am also relient so if anything that needs to be done at all I will be there first hand to help if I am not available on the server I will always be available on the discord to be reached out for help. But mainly later at night time when there is no admins available and when there is a mic spammer for example that is ruining the experience for other surfers I would be able to go ahead and deal with that case to either mute him or put him on a cool down.

So the people that are actually trying to surf and beat the maps and progress their skills won't get annoyed after getting on the server and just trying to relax. I am empathetic and If I get the opportunity to become an Admin in Insanitygaming, I will spend time understanding other people's issues and also maintain a healthy and friendly relationship so that they are motivated and that they can excel in their performance as I stated above. I would classify myself as an implementer someone that is a good Team Administrator, Organiser, and someone who turns Ideas into practical solutions. (As well as a team worker-orientated worker. My main goal is to make the experience within the server fun and relaxing and non toxic.

Feel free to message me or post in the channels if you have any additional questions. We're gonna be working on a guide for specifically surf that way all the commands besides things like mute, kick, ban are more apparent. Give out warnings and try to mute people or kick them before banning always. It's alright to hang back and not do anything till things get silly. That's basically all you need to know.

I made you admin on our Discord, if you scroll down (in the staff section) there's a staff channel for surf aswell as a call admin channel that posts the reports. Anything public facing for surf you can use the surf section on the forums or the surf section in discord.
