What qualifies you to be an admin at Insanity Gaming?
While I have never been a developer for a server, I have done moderation for Minecraft minigame servers when I was younger. Also when I was in college I was a new member educator for my fraternity for two semesters, so I have had real life experience dealing with egotistical newcomers. I am someone who is attentive to the rules and communities in the servers I have been a part of. As someone that really isn't that political, I tend to listen to both sides of a story and typically approach situations with logic rather than bias opinion. I feel like I am in the surf server pretty often and have been a liked figure among the community, that is if people know me. I'm not one to be the center of attention and I tend not to talk given the topics they do talk about in the server. Also, I don't really get into conflict nor do I really get baited by people's words so I feel like I am very level headed 95% of the time. That 5% is only when I am drinking and just want to go back and forth with someone, but I am rarely on the server when I do drink. Now that I work from home more often I am on the server more than I have been. I don't exactly expect to get admin, but I feel like this is a great community to be a part of and I don't see myself changing anywhere else anytime soon. If I did get the position though, I would be attentive and would try to help the team in making the server a better place. I would say that I do not pay attention to discord server notifications at all so that is my only downside. Messaging me would be the best course of action in case there was an admin meeting. Other than that, I think that I could fit in this position pretty well considering some people have mistaken me for mod/admin before.
