I have been playing surf in general for many years, mostly on FN but I've recently been a consistent player on IG. It's a super fun server with pretty good people, so I'd like to help out if possible. I do cause some ruckus, but I've never been banned and I try my best to adhere to the rules set in place. I love surfing, and am on pretty often, so I would be able to help out wherever help might be lacking.

While you are a lovely member of the community, many of the topics you bring up and discuss are typically divisive. Whether intentional or not, it tends to trend towards hostile discussion. From there things digress into chaos and typically a third party has to deescalate the situation. Working on this would trend you in the appropriate direction in terms of future stewardship. Kirby has been a pretty active member for the past couple of weeks - but I am going to have to agree with elites message.

I do only know you for bringing up topics that do end up causing chaos for hours.

While these topics aren't inherently bad, and usually can be pretty funny to watch/listen to everybody's opinion on them. It does feel like sometimes you are trying to push your way of thinking onto others, and that never ends in a nice conversation.

But I do want to say, over the past couple days I have seen you chill out a little more and just vibe with wherever the convo is going.
So keep it up!

Thank you for the kind words h3nry. I usually try not to bring it up super often, but ever since I did when I first joined the server, people keep antagonizing me into conversations about it. I could definitely work more on de-escalating them instead of taking the bait, but sometimes too many people start doing it for me to just ignore it. He seems like a pretty chill person and can be enjoyable to be around when he’s not getting drawn into arguments. He’s also fairly active, which is always a positive when applying for an admin position.

That said, he’s still relatively new to the community. Most of what I’ve seen from him involves steering conversations toward religion and getting caught up in ragebait, which can sometimes create unnecessary chaos in voice chat.

I do agree with what h3nry said, though over the past couple of days he seems to have calmed down quite a bit, so it looks like things are moving in a positive direction.

I haven't been on as much the past month which is when I believe Kirby started joining the server. Haven't really gotten a good or bad vibe from them. All I really know is that people have described them as a rage baiter. Which I somewhat recall, but not to a level where I'd say no to an admin application. But I also haven't seen enough to say yes.
