Why were you banned?
I was banned due to being considered by a vocal minority as an unwelcoming, disrespectful, and crude person. However, I self label as an experimental, avant-garde provocateur who practices radical but bold verbal communication, in a socially conceptual way.
I've since remediated myself as a functional and organic member of the surf community, to the point of aspiring in serving Insanity Gamings moderation team.
What qualifies you to be an admin at Insanity Gaming?
I believe I bring a fresh and humble approach to server moderation and community interaction. I'm a firm believer that instruments of capital punishment should be imposed with a more vigilant and just position. Interactions are extremely nuanced, and require a highlevel of competence to be able to enforce any level penalty. With that being said, its also crucial to understand, compartmentalizing, and grow from each interaction you may have with regular members of the community. Personally becoming an applied interactive member of the community is essential for proper moderation.
With this approach and mindset for moderation, I truly believe that I would be able to consistently engage as a helpful moderation member for Insanity Gaming
