Please read my application as I do intend for it to be taken as serious as I hope for.

Earlier this year I was an admin. I didn't have a terrible reputation for how I moderated situations, but I didn't contribute too much either.
I was very inexperienced with understanding how to treat a worsening situation with the outmost level of just and honesty.
However, I have since gained great abilities with what I previously mentioned.

I am aware that my reputation on the servers isn't known for being the most respectful, but I believe I don't lash out on individuals every time i see them. I regularly put differences aside and show that whatever disagreements we've previously had should not dictate our current interactions, unless they openly disrespect me.

I do aspire to keep Insanity Gaming's surf servers safe from malicious individuals who wish to harm the community. I also wish to preserve the servers identity for a server that's just, safe, and relaxed.

I would also like to mention how I do not have much of a list on the Source Bans for Insanity Gaming, in exception of the mute that I received yesterday evening.
If anyone has any concerns or reasons to not support me reapplying for admin, please explain in great detail what issues you may have, and I'd appreciate if I you'd let me convince you otherwise.

As a casual player on the surf servers who accepts and greatly understands all groups of diverse people, I greatly believe all varieties of personalities could co-exist on the server together.

Please understand that my rage-baits are merely acts or exaggerations of how I truly feel, as I am not truly concerned what people think of me.

Might I also add, I do not appreciate another admin (Cookie) illustrating absolutely zero support, even with me giving as much respect as I can give. It does show forms of lacking the professionalism they were wish for me to have.
All I request is for all individuals who wish to interact in my admin application to please be professional and respectful, and not doing any mind-games or little.

How can the admin team trust you that you can do the job if you can't take some form of criticism? Furthermore, you admitting that you got zero interest in being professional unless you get power leads me to believe that you'd just abuse your powers to ban/mute people that you disagree with.

Being argumentative with an admin and on forums isn't against any rules Insanity Gaming wishes to enforce.
It should be openly promoted due to how it prevents future conflicts from arising, and also promotes for everyone on the administration team to voice their concerns and differences in an honest manner. My intentions were not to disrespect and cause any turmoil, rather I aspire to just get complete transparency about what everyone is different about on the servers, to make it an open place for all groups.

Regarding the "How can the admin team trust you that you can do the job if you can't take some form of criticism?" Question.
I'm absolutely open to criticism, but I also am open to discuss about it. I'm aware of my reputation and how i handle things, but understand I never intend to insult people and I am completely myself. I never openly call people names or insults, UNLESS it's the atmosphere of our interaction and we're both clearly comfortable to say things to each other.
Other times when it seems I'm doing that, most of the time it is just giving people a hard time about things that no normal person would care about, and is transparently a bit.

That is a far stretch. My lacking of professionalism in a time when I do not require to give it isn't an illustration that I abuse power and is absolutely not relavent to my morals and personal approach to handling conflict. If you could explain in great detail how that does happen to relate, I'd love to hear further.

While I respect the applicant as a person, I can't give them my support for an admin position. Countless times I've seen Kola start engage in arguments for the sake of attention, and just keep pushing the boundaries for well over an hour. Their version of having fun on the server is to rage bait. While it is funny at times, it goes way beyond what most would consider humorous and kills the vibe in the server. I do believe that they would enforce the rules somewhat appropriately, but their argumentative mindset in the server is not something I would want to see from another admin. With that in mind. We are seeing that mindset in their replies to their application. It solidifies my thoughts on why they should not be an admin.

You were demoted in the past for the exact same behaviour that it seems everyone here seems to be talking about. this shows you have not changed or grown as a person from when you once were admin.

unsure of what type of world you live in where this makes any sense, if you want to be re-promoted you'd think the first thing would be to present yourself in a respectful manner on all platforms you interact with the community on.

lastly you were given multiple chances when you were demoted and you still failed to fix your behaviour and even when i have been on i have not seen a single time where you have not been rage baiting people. i prefer to not have an admin rage baiting people then muting or punishing them when you make them crash out eventually.

You dm'd me complaining about our current staff team because you're being muted for doing the same things you were demoted for and you're talking about "improving the servers atmosphere" when all you're known for is rage baiting people.


unless i see a total 180 in your behaviour for a solid 6 months i have no intentions of ever letting you back on our staff team.
