Why were you banned?
I joined IG easy around 2 pm, and started having a conversation with a random member of the server. As soon as I began speaking, Retro instantly interjected in text chat, asking why I was even in the server. I replied back and said something like "completely unprovoked btw", because I did not provoke retro, let alone speak to him AT ALL. He kept poking at me, so I said something snarky, and I was met with a kick. Then someone else asked Retro why we can't say the hard r. Retro responded something along the lines of "I don't have a problem with it, but some people can't act like adults". Again someone asked, "Then can we say it?" Retro then said no. To poke fun at the situation, I said "Damn, I wish there was a server where I could say the hard r.". I was then banned not even a second after saying it.

Why should we unban you?
In light of recent events, I understand how what I said could be misinterpreted, but I never once advertised or threatened to advertise another server. I feel this ban is unjust, and I also feel Retro singles me out for no reason. This has happened several times before, even when I tried to get along with him. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a woman or because I come off as annoying, but I think moderation is taken too seriously on this server, and many people are singled out at times. Not just me, but several people of your community (including some staff) find it quite ridiculous. Several members of this server have stopped playing or voiced concerns to the admin team, yet nothing has been done. I think admins should stop treating this online server as their full-time job and permanently ban people for warranted offenses, not for little jabs or an accidental slur. I also think that some admins should stop blatantly bullying members of the server. It's not funny, it's just immature. You guys preach wanting the best level-headed staff possible, but I have been met with beratement and false accusations from them, which are the kind of things that hindered you guys from accepting others' admin applications. I've been playing on IG since CS2 came out, and I've met many people there who I consider close friends of mine. I have done nothing but abide by the rules and be kind to those who are kind to me, and I don't think I deserve this ban in the slightest.
