I first started playing around August, September time and have been hopping on to surf pretty regularly since then. I don’t usually talk much in the in game VC more of a listener most of the time but I know a lot of the regulars and admins personally and surf with them often. I really enjoy the community and just want to help make the server a better place overall. Main thing is wanting to help new players feel welcome, or suggesting small changes to improve the experience but generally just want to contribute however I can.

Although saying that I’ve been around long enough to understand the vibe of the server and how things work, so I’d like have my part in keeping it a funnier and friendly place for everyone.

I haven't played with Juicay since their application in October. So most of my thoughts are the same which is below.

"While I've had good conversations and interactions with Juicy before on the server. I've also witnessed some not so great conversations and arguments they've engaged in on the server that I don't feel like would be good for an admin to be a part of.

To clarify, it's okay for admins to join in on banter and arguments as long as things are civil. But some subjects, I feel like should be shut down by steering the conversation in a different direction, or just straight up telling the lobby to stop talking about the topic, rather than joining in on it. While that doesn't always have the outcome you want, its something I would expect from with someone who's an admin."

Aside from this though I do have a couple other thoughts I'd add. I've noticed they're not active in the IG Discord. While it's not a requirement, I think it looks better for admins to be somewhat active in our community Discord.

You can make people feel welcome, you can be make the server a better place overall, you can make suggestions, without being an admin on the server.

-rep, honestly my few experiences with the applicant leave a lot to be desired. I do not believe the applicant will be able to handle the level of stuff that gets thrown admins way and keep a cool head. I'm really getting some borksky vibes. At the end of the day all the goals you advised you wanted to accomplish as admin "Help new players..." Ect are things you can just start doing, even without admin. I do appreciate the time you spend trying to make IG a better place and hope you continue.

I think there might be some confusion here I think you may be referring to someone else. My name is Juicay not Juicy and as far as I can recall we’ve never actually interacted in-game the only time I’ve even seen your name was in this response to my admin application

You mention that we’ve had a “few experiences” but I don’t think this is true I don’t recall us ever playing or speaking together I generally only use chat or VOIP when someone asks for help or directly reaches out to me I also want to add that I already spend a lot of time assisting new players whenever possible which is part of why I applied for admin in the first place

While I appreciate your response this is not a case of mistaken identity with the other player 'Juicy'. My comments come in regards to responses on your previous application. While I respect the fact you may disagree with my vote or why I came to it, my votes remains unchanged, It's just one of many though so don't take it as a personal attack or sweat it too much.
