What qualifies you to be an admin at Insanity Gaming?
I play very often as well as have the most playtime on the server and know all of the regulars and have a good bond with most of the players. I have reported players when there have been no admins on and would like to be able to punish them instead of having to go through messaging people. I also have admin experience on murder so I know most of the things that I would need to. Adding onto that I recently picked up an admin position on another hide and seek server and got training from Nokia and 2koreds on how to be a good staff member, since the last time I applied I have grown greatly as a person and want to try the best I can if I was given the opportunity

Im changing my opinion on this, apologies for the inconveniences but ive given it more thought.

• honestly takes admin too serious and could possibly cause issues with some players
• can be emotional or take things personally, could easily result in an unfair ban hypothetically
• although trained, i fear that it can easily be removed by more people similar to the old drama-causers

Now eva, dont take this personally to start, because i do like you as a person, but i genuinely think it is better off for yourself that you don't get admin, you take it very seriously, which is good yeah, but acting like its ruling with an iron fist and no light leaning is allowed will cause issues with players. That is a fact. I experienced that when i was admin on another server from my immaturity. I think you would do decently as an admin, I just worry that it is taken too seriously as well as becomes more of a hinderence to you personally and you stress yourself out over a gmod server. but again, please don't take it personal as it doesnt change how i view you as a person

Eva has excelled through the mentorship program, and has my and NokiaSaikou's support. I reached out and acquired said support before this application was even made, due to the situation at hand.

One thing many people forget from Eva's ban is that NokiaSaikou created a mentorship program where Nokia and I both took Eva under our responsibility to work with and mold their behavior while on our server. A huge part of the initial problem was that trusted members, fellow administrators, of our servers were influencing eva to say and do //stupid shit//, that ultimately resulted in the demotion of at least 3 admins, and the banning of two of them if I am not mistaken once Eva was unbanned. (I was never fully queued in on the drama at the time, just to help mentor Eva)
Since their unbanning, Eva has been nothing but a pleasure on the server. They have behaved and acted modestly, with no outbursts or silly behavior. They have a good standing within the community, and are friends/friendly with anyone and everyone. Eva applied 8 months ago, was given a reapply, and has been adamantly working on their behavior and image on our servers.
When no admins are on Eva is constantly sending me screenshots, video evidence, etc of rule breakers, people being toxic, you name it. Sorry to put you on blast Eva but these are little things one could handle with admin role, and people also seem to forget we can just as easily reverse the decision if we do make it.

I strongly think it would be a mistake to overlook this admin application for the hide n seek server. Eva is one of our most active, loyal, and genuinely mature members of the community. They have grown and come a sincerely long way in the year since joining the mentorship program. That coupled with the fact that they have truly gained some admin experience on another server makes Eva a great fit for our server administration team. Best of luck, Eva

Everytime I have seen you on the server its been jokes and you've been great to be on with, including the time where it was just you red n I chilling just chatting (definitely nothing sketchy going on promise)
Im not going to comment on a maturity factor as I simply wasn't there for the ban reason and you've been mature in all my experiences
I did know you as glowrs on GFL (Im like 99% sure at least) and the only real "negative" back then was you didn't use VC but now that you're using it I have 0 issue with you becoming admin especially considering the dedication to HnS

I am bringing Eva's judgement and character into scrutiny.

I am in agreeance and very aware that Eva is a very dedicated and behaved member of the and many communities, they have made a consistent effort to ensure that the server's rules are followed and staff are well-informed far beyond that of an average player and their playtime across IG portrays this perfectly; loving not only the community, game mode but Gmod itself having picked up staff positions across many other game modes and servers.

Despite this, a lot of Eva's behavior is concerning to me from small things as joining the server on various alts to larger concerns of constantly changing to inconsistent and misleading information on and across their many current and previous steam and discord profiles going as far as to directly delete DM's for no discernable reason - repeatedly. This isn't just concerning behavior it is out-right dishonest and are red flags that I cannot oversee for it's been an occurrence for as long as I've known Glowrs/ImTheBest/Kasie/molly/arcanin/Keir/Eva. It has happened non-stop without discernable reason on IG and as such I am not comfortable with someone entering the staff team who appears to be 3 different people at once.

I have great concern of Eva being easily swayed to make decisions cross-server. A player was banned on a different HNS server for their actions on IG after a player complained - the actions perpetrated were not deemed to be harassment and especially not in proportion to the ban time given of 9 weeks 6 days for "Slur, Toxic < Abusing sprays". This shows a serious concern for Eva's judgement and their vulnerability to players squeezing them into making decisions they otherwise wouldn't make on their own.

Ideally I'd like to see a continue in your change before I could think of changing my decision, regardless of this I implore you to try your best.

+1 I would want to give them a chance to prove that they can be an admin and not be immature. I think the major reason why he was like that back then was because of the people he hung out with.

You're committed and well-behaved within the community. However, I feel like you’ve invested so much time into GMod that it’s become your entire focus. gmod is about fun and trolling, but you're 20 years old now, and there's so much more to life than spending all your time on a gmod server or punishing people for having fun. It is really hard for new players when you would go out of your way to punish a guy that brings fun to the server. Everyone is having fun doing something that is against the rules and you would get trigger because it is against the rules.


It seems like you take the game too seriously, and while enforcing rules is important, I think you overstep by punishing players for enjoying themselves. I’ve noticed that you tend to strictly follow the rulebook, and while structure is good, your approach comes off as power-hungry and rigid. You may be better off enjoying gmod as a player, rather than a staff member. This could benefit both you and the community.

From my perspective, it feels like you're pushing too hard for control, and that could lead to a more restrictive environment. You banned me from another hns server for the stuff i've done on IG. Like come on bro go outside and enjoy life brother. There is more to it than gmod, and practicing the act of communism. With all due to respect, I am not a staff. I am just a loser who minges for fun, and have a history of doing it. I do deserve a ban on IG, but why you banned me from a different server for the things i've done on IG with no warnings given.

I’m not sure why you’re posting, but the behavior you’re highlighting is actually exactly what we’re looking to remove from our servers; if glowrs or any other admin were to enforce this rule on IG it would be the same; an allowed and just decision.Racism, hate speech, slurs, and harassment are able to be a ban under our rules. We’ve just issued a permanent ban on a long standing member of our community for these behaviors,

Situations like this really show why it’s better to avoid getting dragged into online drama or reacting to people who just want to stir up trouble. Some people get way too caught up in petty things and spend all their energy on negativity—like getting upset over every little thing said online. It’s exhausting, and honestly, it doesn’t lead anywhere good.

You’re young, and there’s so much more to life than getting stuck in toxic cycles like that. If you’re putting over 1,000 hours into a game in a year, it might be worth stepping back and thinking about what else you could be investing that time in. Whether it's learning new things, working on personal growth, or just taking a break from the same old patterns.

Don’t fall into the trap of letting your life revolve around online drama or hanging out with people who don't challenge you to improve. That kind of mindset keeps you stuck, and there’s way more to life than just getting pulled into the same frustrations over and over.
