the saying "lynch that nigga" is not racist, just disrespectful.

Lynch definition: To execute (somebody) without a proper legal trial or procedure, especially by hanging

to deem that sentence as racist would be also saying "shutup nigga" is racist, only thing that could be seen as racist is the n word itself but that term isnt racist and is explicity stated as allowed on this server

judging by your previous bans for racism, i doubt that this message was in good faith
while the soft a is allowed, it is not allowed to be spammed, nor used in a hateful manner such as "lynch that n****"
lynching is largely known for being done on african americans, and you knew what you were saying.

Also I thought the point of appeals is to judge based on the current ban and appeal based on that, 90% of my bans r based on "previous bans" not really a fair system
