I'm a previous staff member who had to retire due to a LOA and a change in my life that I didn't see coming. I am now back and ready to serve the community once again. I still see IG as one of the best communities out there and I know there are stride and steps we are taking to take the #1 spot again! I believe it all start with foundation and ground rules.
