Why should we unban you?
There was a running gag that someone, I believe his name had "VT" in it, was telling a user called "Sherbert" that he was adding 13 year olds and was calling him a paedophile. Although, in the end it turned out to be serious accusations, I joined in on the gag as a joke (before it started to become "real") because we've been messing around the whole time. At some point it did turn serious and Sherbert started to take it seriously, so in the end I did end up laying off (I did get silenced anyways so, the "laying off" excuse I'm using might not hold a point). I never explicitly called Sherbert a paedophile, I was just trying to get soundboards of Sherberts voice (he has a unique voice that reminds me of old timey highschool movies). Mostly it was me asking him "why did you add a 13 year old"?
Looking back at it, I did go way too hard in the joke and I do see why I was silenced. A permanent ban is a little harsh but rules are rules. My intentions were never to actually accuse Sherbert of paedophilia and I hope the evidence that was posted reflects that.
I just got back into CS2 not too long ago, and I used to surf a lot. (I was a co-founder of Prestige Gaming from back in the CSGO days - Before Sneak/EGO were founded). IG surf server was the one I decided on, and I'd like to continue to play here.
Buttttt, in the end, I must face consequences. I would like to be unbanned, and I would also like to apologize to Sherbert if I did cause him any distress due to this (whether I'm unbanned or not, can someone let him know?).
