Why were you banned?
banned for using /calladmin against cookie when they are clearly targeting me with their harassment and use of gags and mutes.

Why should we unban you?
I have been repeatedely muted by cookie for typing in chat when mutes are meant for voice chat, I am not friends with this admin nor do I make any attempt to be friendly with them really making these mutes really odd and weird as they personally say they are meant as a "joke", not really that funny to me personally but who knows. These mutes are then not removed despite me still not having used my voice chat until they expire. I am gagged constantly for just typing if anything I type revolves around cookie. This is a clear abuse of power and harassment. I don't really expect much to come from this but consider this as a formal complaint against cookie themself. I guess I was disrespectful by calling them cook4k? That is not a slur, not some kind of mixture of their name with a slur or anything of that sort. If I can't even use /calladmin against someone on a power trip then why are admins even selectable in the command in the first place? Overall this is just excessive use of force with lack of any real reason besides me calling them cook4k or poking at them to do a better job of reading the room before going full modman mode. An instance today alone was them muting someone who had played a song in voice chat despite everyone besides Ollie being fine with it. No verbal warning was given as cookie just for some reason is against using the mic to issue warnings, which by the way is much more effective as chat often can be missed when surfing or talking. While it does fall under mic spam, in this case it should be clear that the server was for it and the mute was not warranted unless it became excessive and prolonged mic spam. All in all, I would simply like to see some changes to the admin roster personally regarding cookie but I am just but a humble man.
To close off I do not want to be responded to by cookie alone, I would like another admin at least to explain the reasoning for banning someone for using /calladmin in what I believed to be a very legitimate and fair reason.
