frankly i think a day felt too long, i believe a week is unjustifiably long. an unranked said hard r like an hour ago and got a 2 hour mute. can it be lowered please
 
a significant portion of those punishments were unjust and involved appeal requests. additionally, im not asking for leniency, as previously mentioned, an unranked was muted for 2 hours after saying the n word. I used a word that is unanimously agreed to be less bad than the n word among staff. I'm not asking for leniency, im asking for a fair punishement, how does a week mute sound fair?

Comparing yourself to an unranked does not help your case. You have always been an issue and toe the line with rules and make an issue when someone punishes you for it. I am not saying its worse or not that is not an argument I'm going to touch with a 10 foot pole. Staff do not have a universal this said = this long mute. Unless you give me a real reason on why you think you should not have an extended mute after making a BS appeal, then calling the staff fags for punishing you for it, I legit could care less.
 
im not comparing myself to an unranked, from what Ive seen, unrankeds are typically faced with far more scrutiny regarding their slur usage, often resulting in permas.
half the people that play this server " toe the line with rules." I only make issues when my punishment doesnt fit the crime committed. Regardless of whether the admin have an agreed punishment for various offenses, most would agree a day is too long and a week is unfair. I apologize for the joke appeal, i felt it was self explanatory that the mute was for a unnecessary amount of time. I just think that a couple hours seems more just. I didnt call any staff member a fag today and i dont call any staff members fags except for elite outside of the surf server.
 
I'd say the punishment fits since I was the one who increased it and told loopy to gag you. I don't think either is unfair or long you are intentionally breaking the rules. It doesn't mater if the whole server is toeing the line when they get caught they get punished that is the nature of it, if you do not want to be punished for breaking rules I have a crazy idea. Don't break them. I was debating on lowering it to 3 days but since you cant remember what you even said half an hour ago here you go
