Why were you banned?
-Couldnt figure out how to link ban but it was recent enough to be on top page-

I was wrongfully banned by an admin in beginner surf. He was talking shit to me about mentioning a trans friend (said I love fucking trans people and love trans pussy lips) to two of my friends that are mutual friends of the trans person and when I roasted him for talking shit and doing hatespeech he banned me perm from the server ( I have two witnesses) it took me forever to find this discord for the servers but I'd like to be unbanned.

He also muted both of my buddies that were in the server (we were talking about our friend Obsidian from gmod servers that is trans and said im in the closet and couldnt handle us talking shit back to him or them calling him on his BS and hipocrisy)

I'm not looking to get the person in trouble I just want to be able to play again. My buddies and I have been farming ranks / map clears on the server and I want to be able to play with them again, I don't want to have to play anywhere else.

Why should we unban you?

I did nothing wrong as was just short of being harassed by a staff member and have multiple parties to prove it. When he heard me and my buddy Orph Wellman talking about our trans friend Obsidian he started talking shit, when I retaliated he banned me. When my friend Seuskabob spoke out against it he was muted and Orph was too I think.

Also this is copy/pasted from my disc ticket, I later found out it wasn't a perm ban, and that he never put a reason for my ban but I assumed it was hatespeech because I called him a pussy and a bitch and told him he's afraid of gays and trans people - he was also accusing us of being hateful for saying my friend is trans? Forgot it edit it but when I click edit it only gives me the option to edit the title of the post

You were banned for hatespeech not for anything you said towards me. You went on a roughly 5 minute anti-trans tirade at which point I advised you to cut it out. When you did not respond to warnings and continued I told you, to stop or you would be banned. You then starting yelling anti-trans slurs and were banned consistent with the warnings.

Any notion that I banned you for calling me a 'pussy bitch' is demonstrably false. This is provable by the fact that your friend continued to sit in the server and harass me for 5-10 more minutes saying much worse things than calling me a 'pussy bitch'. Your friend only got muted once other players started to complain about his constant screaming at me in voice chat. Despite what you may think, some dude yelling anti-trans slurs in public calling me a 'pussy bitch' barely registers, I grew up on MW2 xbox live lobbies.

Regarding how Obsidian may or may not have felt about it is non-material to the ban. You were banned for YOUR words not the way someone felt about them, and that was after ample warning. Obsidian is not the only LGBTQ player on the servers, your hateful speech has a negative effect on the server when a possibly LGBTQ player joins and immediately hears just the most hateful shit.

Lastly regarding me 'talking shit to you'. I gave you a verbal warning and you went ballistic and went far and beyond how a normal person should react to that. I definitely did talk shit in response to your words towards me however again not why you were banned. You were banned once you started using slurs again.

This is completely non-truthful. You pushed your nose into a conversation that had nothing to do with you and said that I love "tranny pussy" and you can lie to save face in front of the community but we were talking about Obsidian from gmod that is trans and you opened your mouth to talk shit. That is not what happened whatsoever. You never warned anybody, you sat there and ran your mouth and used your powers to retaliate against people who talked shit back to you. I would never in my life talk shit about one of my own friends that I've been gaming with for 3 years? You're lying and avoiding accountability for saying "i love trans pussy" and all this other shit you were talking. You banned me immediately following me calling you a pussy and a bitch and calling you out for your nonsense. You never gave me a warning for anything, you talked shit to me, Seus, and Orph and muted them for speaking out against you banning me for no reason. You butted into a conversation about our friend, there was no hatespeech involved. I never went on a "tirade" and you never "warned" me for anything, in fact nobody knew you were staff until you egobanned me and ego muted my friends.

Nobody was speaking hatespeech, you opened your mouth to say I love trans pussy and started acting tough ingame so I pulled your card and you got upset and used your powers to retaliate, we were talking about DarkRP and our friend obsidian on there who is trans and you thought you could talk crazy to me through a video game and I checked you for acting like an incel.

At the end of the day, your word will most likely be taken over mine because you're an admin but you're less than a man for avoiding accountability and running your mouth over a cs2 server and using your powers to retaliate over some weirdo bs nonsense YOU started as a grown man, so I'll be back when my ban's been lifted and I won't have any issues following my ban. It'll prove that you're full of yourself and lying to save face over the internet. You can lie as much as you want but everyone that was online at the time knows better, I'm too grown to argue my point about a ban on a virtual video game. If I'm unbanned, I'll be back sooner, otherwise I'll be back during the weekend to continue surfing and having a good time. If you join the server, I'll be leaving as you are a dishonest weird little boy. I'll join another server, and if I see you ingame, I'll be using OBS to record our interactions as I can't trust you to tell the truth to what really happened. Just wanted to let you know I think you're weird asf for handling this how you did and you're definitely weird for lying online to cover your tracks. Please do better as a man and a human being, because taking it to this length (fabricating a story around what REALLY happened) shows signs of a real mental disorder. Thanks for taking the time to read my appeal, whatever happens from this point moving forward, happens. I don't really care regardless, just figured I'd appeal so I could be unbanned.

and as for my friend, we were also in Discord while he was telling you that you were out of pocket for banning me for no reason. If he called you "things worse than a pussy bitch" (which isnt what I said) then why wasn't he banned as well, since what "he did is worse than what I did"? like that doesn't add up or make sense. If what they did was subsequently worse than what "I did" then they would've faced further repercussions, but since I tore you apart verbally after your bullshit, they should see worse punishment, right? I digress. Grow up brother.
