Hey,
I have been apart of IG since around the beginning of December of last year. I own my own business, so I tend to take 30 minute to 1 hour intervals during the work day to join and play when I have some time. Outside of work, I'm on for 1-2 hours daily as the day allows just to hang out with these guys. I'm always on Easy Surf as I'm no longer anywhere near as good as I used to be in my early teens. I genuinely just enjoy the banter and sometimes try to complete maps.
In terms of moderation experience, I have over 15 years of moderating online communities for MMO private servers I owned and worked for in the past with well over 8000 CCU during peak hours, so I have extensive experience dealing with players from all over the globe and at a rapid pace. I get along with pretty much everyone regardless of their background. I also have extensive experience running actual servers due to this and can provide pretty good feedback when needed.
As far as Counter-Strike and surf goes, I've been playing CS since 1.5 and have been surfing since 1.6 in my early teen years. Thus, 90% of my time since coming back to CS has been on IG, and I don't have any plans for that to stop any time soon since community match servers are practically dead. I've been sitting back and watching the community to see the general vibe we're going for, and I tend to think I fit in rather well.
I do understand that I'm still rather green in terms of length of time on IG, but I would regardless be more than happy to lend a hand here if needed.
