I need some map suggestions for the surf timed event we'll have rotating every 2 weeks! Going to connect it more up with the server through chat advertisements and get more people to the forums/discord hopefully too! Should be fun and let people get Support & other prizes aswell.

Removed am_basement_2019. Added am_loot and am_nuke. Reduced threshold required to trigger a rock the vote. Removed the "don't change" option from early map votes. Reduced # of previously played maps excluded from vote.
