Why do you want to be an admin?
I'm applying because some staff are offline late at night, eastern standard time (surf) and the maps often bug out. It will start de-dust, or other competitive maps and RTV doesn’t fix the issue. I just want to be able to suggest a map for the server so the players are not stuck. I can also help out with toxic players/rule breakers, or assisting new players to learn. Many times I find No Name, Fading and other players stuck talking in text because the toxicity of the VOIP is overbearing. Overall I don't want a lot of responsibilities, just the capabilities to assist with server issues.

I have some experience in the administrative side of gaming, working on a 400 player mc server, as well as a relatively large discord server. So I do understand the realm of work that goes along with the position.

Thanks for reading, hopefully retro can find some time to deal with bugs, no rush; but in the meantime I might as well help since I am on so often.

It should never get to that point of toxicity but in the off chance it does give me a shout on discord (you should get in the discord if aren't already)
It's good that you are willing to take on just a little bit of paperwork, just remember though

Also.. Side note:
that thing with the De_Dust is a server config that's in need of a fix (on the list of things being improved atm)
