I was banned for using radio commands, the admins thought I was exploiting as they thought the radio commands were real admin commands, and promptly banned me for exploiting.

What qualifies you to be an admin at Insanity Gaming?
I play on the easy surf sever almost everday, I understand the rules and know most maps well, my skill is improving in surf overall. I can help new players when they need help, I can stay calm and take action when people break the rules. I do sometimes troll and joke around in the surf server, although I do not mean any harm to anyone I joke around with or troll. I understand as an admin that I need to be more careful about what I say and what actions I take. I believe that my activity and patience would make me qualify to be
an admin at Insanity Gaming.

It is true that I harrassed you at first. But after you blocked me and I cut off connections with you harrasment stopped. Ever since you blocked me you stated you became my "hater". Although it wasnt right to harras you in the first place, it is not fair for you to say I am still harrassing you when that is not true.

To add to this, I'm not proud of what I did, and I had time to reflect and realize it was wrong to do and disrespectful. I've been actually trying to change and I get why it looks bad, but I trying to act better now. Also, you are the only instance of me creeping on you, I have never went to dms with anyone or initiated a conversation that led to dms except for you. That doesnt make the actions I did any better, but ive only done it to one person, not multiple like you stated.

I know that I am a known troll and a person who sometimes spam comms, but I dont mean any real harm. If I got admin, I would follow the rules that are enforced and I would stop trolling alltogether.

That is not what I orginally meant. I do follow the rules however I do troll. Me stating if I got admin, I would follow the rules, in my perspective means that I would have to be more precarious about the actions take and my behaivor on the server than just being a regular player.

However I do not believe he is a good candidate for admin for the following reasons. Does genuinely contribute to the community despite my following reservations.

Reasons:
1. Trolling such as vote spamming constantly.
2. Age. Applicant is 16 and often acts like it. That's ok but a lot of surfer's have issues taking young admins seriously.
3. My interactions with applicant have left me with the distinct impression he is impulsive.
4. The way the applicant responded to other community members input on this application does not dissuade my concern about being impulsive.

if you truly want a shot, wait awhile and in that time work on your behaviour and fixing your reputation with not just staff but the community then reapply if this is something u truly want.
