Hello! I've been surfing on and off since the mid-2010's, and I just came back from a roughly 4 year hiatus. I've mostly surfed on CS:GO, with a little bit of CS:S as well, and a majority of that being on KSF servers. I was sad to see after returning this week that the surf community on CS2 is basically dead, but I was excited to find out that there is still an active and thriving community here! If you see me around on the servers feel free to say hi!

(P.S. Valve broke surfing back in September and it still has not been fixed so surfing is a bit harder now)
Yeah I figured something had happened, there are some things that feel a little different; and not just with the surfing, but also with the CS2 client in general compared to CS:GO. It seems like a much less player-friendly experience on community servers than before. Such a shame.
But to give props and appreciation where it's due, I tried surfing on a couple different servers, and by far the IG servers have felt the smoothest and most reminiscent of CS:GO. So thank you guys for keeping surf alive and delivering a quality server experience and friendly community!
