Why do you want to be an admin?
I've been in favorite of the IG servers for a little while now and notice one thing lacking. That's active staff that play regularly. At times the player base is massive and with that mass player count you run into issues such as people trolling, harassing the occasional bot that spams and is impossible for players to mute or report (Have run into 2 times of that occurrence)
All in all, with everything else that community is fun to play with and I would enjoy being someone they can rely on to neutralize any problem players that we run into.

I appreciate you reporting the outright racist dude and going out of your way to help out, we do try and more hands is going to make a world of difference for the issues you mention. We've picked up some staff recently though I think on a server like Surf you can never necessarily be short on it either. Always ere on the side of letting shit get insane before you act if I had to give any advice, and once it does just silently make necessary corrections. Surf is such an absurd server to try to admin at times lol. We have some additional commands I will write a guide for, for now these links below are going to be super helpful.
