You got banned due to our anti-cheat, being in spec and hitting a bind for css_r would not have triggered it. If your running a 3rd party skin changer or something like that it could def be triggered, but there isnt really an accidental way to trigger it.

No, you can keep your perm for now. Try re-appealing your ban in like 3-6months and maybe then we will think about removing your perm

This is known, you were banned since at that time we were experiencing technical issues and the admin who banned you said you formatted it like it was a admin mute. In the future please refrain from trying to troll with stuff like this or it could end up with another ban.
