i was banned for putting the address the playing yake sent me to come to so he can hurt me

Why should we unban you?
its up to you to unban me, but i had only put the address in after multiple death threats and him trying to get my address. he also stated that it was a fake address after saying that he has guns and wants to shoot me. I played into it never going far when it first started just as internet banter after telling him to shut up because he wouldn't stop talking. the n he started trying to get my address and telling me to add him on steam where he gave me the fake address. i only thought it would be harmless internet banter, but he the started sending death threats and talking in game that he has guns and i wouldnt leave the address he sent alive

Well I spent 10 minutes writing a much longer response, but I'll shorten it up. Both of you clearly wanted some kind of entertainment to inflate your egos in a surf server. That turned into accusations, talks of violence, and other bannable offenses.

An admin who can make adjustments to ban, I've talked with about my suggestions on what to do. I want to add this though. You've had 13 mutes in 2 months. That's not a good look when we go to look at appeals. I suggest adjusting how you conduct yourself in the server going forward.

Both of you were making threats to murder one another and behaving inappropriately throughout the argument. You were both given a short mute by Verte to allow things to deescalate, but immediately continued and doubled down once the mute expired, at which point I issued another mute.

Whether the address in question was real or fake is irrelevant to the intent behind your actions. At the time you spammed the address in chat, you had no knowledge of whether it was valid. Additionally, you made several serious allegations against him during the argument, which I am sure you understand warrants significant punishment independently.

In my personal opinion, you should remain banned for a minimum of one month before an appeal is considered. That said, the duration of the ban is not my decision; I am simply stating my opinion on what I believe would be appropriate given the totality of the circumstances.
