What qualifies you to be an admin at Insanity Gaming?
I would like to be an admin to help with the timezone difference, I'm on during a different time than most of the people on the server and we only had a handful of admins that are available then if any at all. I live in Finland and during that time most of the people are asleep but the server is a mess with rule breaks. I tend to just apply the rules that you made and make sure they are followed. I have no interest in abusing admin rights and will remain the same as before. I am very active in the VC and I do start alot of conversations and engage in them in a good way. Most of the admins know who I am, some like me some don't which I also understand. I will not take it hard if this is rejected but I would love to see another EU admin get accepted if it's not me! I love the surf and what the management has done with the server and will be here regardless if I get accepted or not.

Banned for 1 day beacuse of some stupid banter with a guy named DuhMize. Guy got perma banned so it says alot about him. Unnessesary and will not get baited into that type of banter anytime soon.

Maybe new players weren't around when he would go on his antisemitic rants months ago which is part of the reason why he was banned but even just two days ago in surf he was saying "that Austrian painter was pretty based, I wish he had succeeded" so clearly hasn't changed since his previous ban

If ur going to make theese type of claims atleast make sure they are real man. I have never been banned for such things and the server management can see this on the forum logs. False statement.

From what I’ve seen (personally and in a relatively short timeframe), Juicy seems like a decent person.. and surely it wouldn’t hurt to have an additional set of hands to deal with the scoundrels/hoodlums/cavedwellers that show up frequently, especially late-night when NA staff aren’t available someone like Juicy would probably become a valuable asset for maintaining civility among the masses.

^^^Above is what I wrote in response Ju1cy's last application in October. All of my concerns from several months ago were just validated once more after what I observed in the server from them today. To give a bit more detail. For 40+ minutes Ju1cy was engaging in a conversation where multiple people expressed their distaste of the long and drawn out political/religious argument that Ju1cy was part of with only 1 other person. Yet continued to carry it on anyway. This is the kind of behavior that I do not feel is fit for someone to be an admin. It kills the vibe in the server.

Again, as I said in October. It's okay for admins to join in on banter and arguments. But when you have several people asking you to move on from the conversation, and it's blatant that it's killing the vibe in the server. Move on from the topic. Doesn't mean you can't chat. Just change it up. That's something Ju1cy fails to do quite often when I see them in the server.

Thanks for your rep man! I am curious to why today was an issue tho if u may ellaborate. You were also a part of the conversation all along fueling it with questions that made it go on for so long? Did u forget that part cuz I most certainly did not (clipped the whole thing just so that I can show the management about how badly Tuie wants to sabotage me together with timmy toxic) also the minute u said drop it I was the first one to do so, we kept the discussion within the rules, no one got hurt, and I made sure to be within the guidelines. Therefor, I have no clue what ur talking about but I appreciate ur time and effort anyways!

He consistently derails things into conversations nobody asked for, then pushes them on the whole server. His comments about Jews are extreme, and he has made claims that are confusing at best and outright false at worst. Either way, I do not get on IG to debate serious religious or geopolitical issues, or to be pressured into taking a position on whether Israel is committing genocide. I am there to joke around, banter, and laugh at dumb rage bait, not sit through lectures about Jews or Israelites being “untrustworthy.” I also do not trust that he would not dominate voice chat and crowd out other people in the server who are genuinely more fun and engaging.

Don't have a problem with the guy personally, just don't think he'd be in a very good position as admin.
