Why were you banned?
I was banned for a reason stated as "Harassment of staff in game". While I have spoken to several admins regarding this, I know that this is not explicitly the reason for this ban as it falls under a niche subject.

Thank you for creating a forum for ban appeals.
I was banned due to constant complaints regarding the timer on the server and the multitude of issues that it has. While the comment that seemingly got me permanently banned seemed playful to me, I have been explained that it was not taken as so.
One of my primary reasons for complaining about the timer and calling it "shit" in the server is because I come from a server with an impeccable timer and have visited other CS2 surf servers with good timers. The IG surf server is great and it would be the best if it had a properly functioning timer and commands, which I guess is where my frustration comes from. I have offered suggestions on using a timer that is globally used on other servers, however, I have been told "I'm unsure why we don't just use that timer" from some admins. My additional frustration is because it seems that while not wanting to use a timer used by other timers, no one knows how to make a properly functioning one on the development team.
I have spoken to a few admins since my ban and have reflected and would like to apologize for my prior comments. This is not a full-time job for many of the admins or development team, and they do the best they can. Additionally, I have 0 background in coding and creating a timer or commands in CS and my naivety led me to believe it is a simple task. However, it clearly is not as issues I have raised with tickets have been investigated by multiple devs (and I can see this through them chatting in the ticket thread itself) with no resolve. I do not fault the dev team for this as I have not the slightest clue on how to fix any of the issues myself.
I have a genuine enjoyment for the server and have great relationships with many members of the community and admin team - never having issues with any of the latter. Therefore, it goes without saying that I would love to stay around the server and community. I hope that grace will be given to me and again send my apologies for my negativity and ignorance.
